Fee Schedule:

RMT Services

All massage, lymphatic and craniosacral sessions are performed by an RMT and qualify for

extended health coverage.

Pricing is as follows:

30 min - $85

45 min - $110

60 min - $130

75 min - $170

90 min - $205

Mobile Massage Services

Mobile Massage is performed by an RMT and can be submitted to extended health insurance plans, though they may not cover the full amount. Fees reflect basic RMT Services plus travel time and vehicle maintenance.

60 min - $190

75 min - $235

90 min - $285

PEMF Services

PEMF treatments are not billed as an RMT service and therefore do not qualify for extended health coverage. If this service is included as an add-on after a treatment, it will be invoiced separately.

15 min - $30

20 min - $50

Cancellation Policy:

Appointment times are reserves specifically for you. While we do have a waitlist for those eager to get in, it is not always possible to fill missed spots without sufficient time to make those arrangements. With this in mind, we ask that you please provide a minimum of 24 hrs notice when cancelling your appointment.

It is the policy of this clinic to apply fees for late cancellations (those made less than 24 hrs in advance) and missed appointments. This policy is included in the patient intake form and signed off by each patient.

Late Arrivals

We know delays can happen.

If your therapist is running late, you’ll always receive your full session.

If the delay is on your side, your therapist will do her best to accommodate, but the full session fee still applies.

Late Cancellation

Patients will be billed a flat rate of $60 for cancellations made with less than 24 hrs notice, regardless of reason.

Missed Appointments

Patients will be billed the full fee for the session in the event of a missed appointment, including cancellations made less than 2 hrs from

one's scheduled session.

Cancelled/Missed appointment fees cannot be submitted through third party insurance plans as no treatment took place. As such, these fees must be collected privately. Payment of fees is requested within 48hrs of being invoiced

and can be done via eTransfer or in person.

Should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please reach out to your therapist by phone or email, or you can manage your appointment through the online booking system.
