Cancellation Policy:

Appointment times are reserves specifically for you.  While we do have a waitlist for those eager to get in, it is not always possible to fill missed spots without sufficient time to make those arrangements.  With this in mind, we ask that you please provide a minimum of 24 hrs notice when cancelling your appointment.

It is the policy of this clinic to apply fees for late cancellations (those made less than 24 hrs in advance) and missed appointments.   This policy is included in the patient intake form and signed off by each patient.

Cancelled/Missed appointment fees cannot be submitted through third party insurance plans as no treatment took place.  As such, these fees must be collected privately.   Payment of fees is requested within 48hrs of being invoiced

and can be done via eTransfer or in person. 

Should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please reach out to your therapist by phone or email, or you can manage your appointment through the online booking system.
