The Evening Star heralds the coming of night and represents a time of settling down, quieting and, for some, reflecting. It is my goal at Evenstar Massage to provide an environment that evokes these same feelings of calmness and serenity, and to turn our attention to healing and wellness both inside and out.

I have been practising as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2019, after leaving a high-energy corporate career to pursue work that fosters human connection and makes a direct impact on individual lives. I strive to engage with patients on a deeper level in order to better understand and address their unique needs.
While my techniques tend towards a deeper pressure, I appreciate the value and necessity for light-touch modalities that serve to calm the nervous system and attend to more subtle factors involved in a person's biodynamics. My background includes focused training in Lymphatic Drainage Massage, with a strong foundation in its therapeutic applications, as well as Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation (introductory) and Prenatal massage.
